Processing time: The processing time for Vietnam visa approval letter by the site is 2-3 working days (normal service) or 1 working day (urgent service) except Saturday and Sunday (weekend). The processing time should be started to calculate from the next business day after the documents and the payment are delivered to the site. The site will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to the Governmental denial or delay in processing.

Fees and Payments: You agree to pay all fees and charges for the service offered by the site (including “service fee” and “stamping fee”). For the “service fee”, you pay directly to the site to get visa approval letter. For the “stamping fee” you pay to the Immigration officers at Vietnam airports. Requirements and fees related to the processing of Vietnam visas is subject to change, including, but not limited to, application forms and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice. After you make your payment, please send us your receipt of payment immediately, specially in some urgent, it is our basis to request visa for you in time.
We will strive to deliver your visa before departure, it is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive the visa after 2-3 working days.

Cancellation: The Vietnam Immigration Department runs a no refund policy on all Vietnam visa related fees as they charge for work done and not per granted visa, it is therefore important that should you wish to cancel your visa application with the site you must contact us immediately to prevent any unnecessary cost being incurred. Once an application for an Approval letter has been made by us with the Immigration Department, we are unable to reimburse you the visa approval letter fee.
It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested visa at the time of your intended departure. vietnamvisapro.com cannot be held responsibility for any visa granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect visa information supplied by you. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of issuance. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you check your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal information prior to departure.

Refund Policy: If for any reason you wish to cancel a service before your information was received by the site, or before making the payment, you can do so without any penalties or charges by informing us via email or supporting hotline. You will receive a full refund of any fees paid for this particular service. However, if you decide to cancel after payment and the visa status being changed into “processing” and your visa application information has been sent to the Immigration as said above, no refund will be given and the service will be completed. In case of disputation we reserve the right to refund in the dispute. In case of refund we are not responsible for the bank charge.

Emergency case: Please be reminded to call us immediately through our hotline if you may encounter any trouble with the visa at airport/Embassy for problem solving. If you do not, we will not be in charge of any trouble/refunding later due to this.

Privacy: Please direct your attention to our Privacy Statement, by which you also agree to be bound when using this site. Privacy Statement is a part of this agreement.

Communications: By using this site and our services you give the site your express permission to contact you via email, or phone for all purposes including distribution of marketing and promotional materials.

Security: By submitting application form, you certify that the information you provide is true and correct. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID (login) and password. You are responsible for all uses of your User ID (login), whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your User ID. Please refer to our Privacy Statement that governs submitted & distributed information.
